Conceived as a continuous interior rather than a sequence of furnished rooms, the apartment is organised around long spatial and visual alignments that allow living, dining and kitchen spaces to flow into one another. Walls are reduced where possible to planes, screens and volumes, allowing the depth of the apartment to remain perceptible and drawing daylight and distant views deep into the plan. The interior works through a deliberate balance of openness and containment. Large communal spaces remain visually connected, while shifts in ceiling plane, cabinetry, glass and freestanding elements establish quieter territories within them. The kitchen island, dining table and seating are treated almost as architectural objects: each establishing its own centre without interrupting the larger continuity of the home. A restrained material palette gives these spaces their character. Pale stone floors and white marble surfaces form a luminous ground against which dark metal, blackened surfaces, leather and warm timber acquire greater presence. Rather than relying on applied decoration, detail is concentrated at junctions, edges and objects: the thickness of a countertop, the rhythm of timber fluting, a fine metal frame, or the suspension of a light. Throughout, reflection, transparency and borrowed light extend the apparent dimensions of the apartment. Glass partitions preserve acoustic and functional separation without closing rooms from one another, while mirrored and polished surfaces multiply views and register changing daylight. The result is an interior of quiet precision and material restraint: a home in which luxury is sought less through accumulation than through proportion, continuity, tactile contrast and the generosity of empty space.
